– In-store café service for food, drinks, and takeaway

– Café orders: Payment is due at the time of purchase.  

– Catering orders: Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Short-notice orders will be considered but not guaranteed.  

– Payment methods: We accept card, bank transfer (BACS) and cash.  

– Late payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices that remains unpaid for more than 60 days (8% as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act).

 

– Catering cancellations within 48 hours of delivery will be charged in full.  

– Café purchases: Refunds/replacements are at our discretion in cases of error or dissatisfaction.  

– We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, transport disruption).

 

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements 

– We can cater for various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) with advance notice.  

– Allergen information is always provided. However, we work in a kitchen where all 14 allergens are handled, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.  

– It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

 

– We offer delivery within a local area for catering orders. Specific delivery times to be agreed when placing an order.

 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions if an item becomes unavailable — we will notify you where possible.

 

– All food is prepared in a 5-star hygiene rated facilities registered with the local authority. We follow Food Standards Agency guidance for storage, preparation, and delivery.

 

9. Intellectual Property – All images, content, logos, and recipes remain the property of Simply Coffeenated Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

 

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided. We take no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses.

 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
